- •Knowledge of the Portuguese industrial market and refractory installations in thermal equipment.
- •Comprehensive technical and commercial management of the Portugal subsidiary (client acquisition, staffing, coordination with general services, administration, finance).
- •Proficiency with design software: AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- •Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mining, or Building).
- •Advanced Portuguese; intermediate Spanish and English. Occupational risk prevention (PRL) training.
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial technical-commercial department.

- •Mastery of Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting.

- •Minimum 5 years as Project Manager in industrial works/construction, or 3 years in refractory construction.
- •Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D (SolidWorks/Catia valued) and project management tools (Presto).
- •Intermediate Spanish (B1) and Portuguese. English valued.
- •Demonstrated capacity for leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making.

- •Official Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certifications (20h & 60h PRL).
